Ingredients:
- Whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado (for the guacamole)
- 1 egg
- Fresh strawberries
- 1 sweet orange
Instructions:
- Prepare the Guacamole:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until it forms a smooth puree.
- Season with a pinch of salt and, if desired, a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor. You can also add some chopped onion or fresh cilantro if you like.
- Boil the Egg:
- Fill a saucepan with enough water to cover the egg and bring it to a boil.

- Spread a generous layer of guacamole on each slice of toasted bread.
- Top with the sliced boiled egg.
- You can add a touch of salt and pepper if you like.

- Wash the strawberries and slice them in halves or quarters.
- Peel the orange and cut it into segments.
- Serve:
- Serve the whole grain toast with guacamole and egg alongside the strawberries and orange segments.
