- Blend:
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Add a little water (about 1-2 cups, depending on the desired consistency) to help blend the ingredients smoothly.

- Strain (Optional):
- If you prefer a juice without pulp, you can strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. This step is optional as the juice can also be enjoyed with the pulp for a thicker texture.
